How soon can you provide us staff? 

The sooner you request services the quicker we can have a qualified candidate for your review!  DO NOT DELAY, request services and let Temporary Locum Resources work for you.  The only increased cost could be the cost of travel.  Without the advances arrangements and the need of air travel, we are forced to search for the most affordable air fairs or transportation available.  We strive to keep the cost down and commit to filling the needs of your request as quickly as possible.TOP

Paperwork? 

We keep yours to a minimum!  All staff documentation is kept up to date and available to you by request.  Current resume, letter of reference, professional credentials, professional liability insurance, shot records and listings of equipment proficiencies will always be available. We do an initial drug screening upon hiring and periodic rechecks.  We do a background check of all our staff.  If your state requires licensure we will make application and insure all credentials are kept up to date.  For employees exposed to radiation, we provide badges and dosimetery reports at no additional cost to your facility.TOP

 

Length of Contract & Contract Cancellation? 

You decide, request the health care professional for a desired length of time or leave the end date undetermined.  We ask that on an extended contract over three weeks you make your request a month at a time and give us a two-week notice with the end date being a Friday to cancel any contract. TOP

Temporary Locum Resources works on a contingent basis and will incur all initial screening and interview costs. If you would like to conduct an on-site interview, costs are incurred by your facility. Payment is due, if and when, a candidate is hired.

When does Temporary Locum Resources begin recruitment efforts for permanent placement employees?

Temporary Locum Resources will begin recruitment for your facility after we have received a signed copy of the staffing agreement. We recruit for your position during all temporary placements as well.

What is the process after we receive the permanent placement candidate’s credentials?

Temporary Locum Resources will coordinate a telephone interview to get you both acquainted. If you feel that the candidate would be a good fit for your facility, then the next step would be an on-site interview.  Temporary Locum Resources wants to help facilitate the recruitment process for both parties.  We attempt to remain neutral and provide an unbiased approach to negations for both parties.  Keeping both the facility and the candidate happy with the decision and terms of the agreement.TOP
